Bomb blasts in a football game in Iraq killed 15 football fans. The bomb blasted in Azul stadium in the match between Iraqui premier league sides Karbala and Airforce. 1 young fans were killed.  Several peoples are injured. Karbala's coach is dead, some of the Karbala's players are in serious condition.  Mean while AFC has shown condolence and has asked Iraque government to strengthen the security and ensure safety and security.




"It is dishearting to know that young lives were lost while watching the football game. I would like to request the Iraqi government to ensure safety and security of spectators in and around stadiums," AFC precidient Sheikh Salman bin Ebraim Al Khalifa said.
He said,"The death of coach Mohammad Abbas is a loss to Asian football. On behalf of the Asian football family, i would like to express my depest condolences to his family, friends and entire iraqi football family."
He also said that football must be used as the tool to promote peace and harmony.
"The beautiful game is reagarded as the best form to bring peace and harmony but certain elements are trying to use it for their personal benifit. I would like to strongly ask them to utilize the power of football for the better means."
